  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans and schedules, estimating resource needs, and setting project timelines.
  • Coordination and Collaboration: Acting as the liaison between various teams (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) to ensure project tasks align and are completed efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Assisting in budgeting, tracking costs, and managing resources to keep the project within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and addressing issues to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining project documentation, preparing progress reports, and ensuring that project milestones are met according to requirements.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that the project complies with customer requirements, industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of deliverables and making sure project outcomes meet specified standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Quickly addressing technical or logistical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Providing updates to stakeholders, facilitating meetings, and managing expectations throughout.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) ABET-accredited institution is a requirement.

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
  • Good planning skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Must be able to read and understand written instructions.
