We are seeking a skilled Planning Professional with experience in 4D and 5D BIM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced tools such as BEXEL Manager, Synchro Pro, or similar applications to plan, manage, and deliver complex construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using 4D BIM tools.
• Integrate 3D models with cost and schedule data to create 5D BIM workflows.
• Perform clash detection, quantity take-offs, and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of BIM workflows.
• Monitor and report project progress using advanced BIM dashboards.
• Provide insights for project optimization and risk mitigation through data-driven analysis.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO 19650 and client-specific requirements.
