   • Asst. Manager (Civil & Structure Engineer) – August 2022 to Current
     • Conducted detailed analysis, design, and detailing of steel and RCC structures, ensuring compliance with design criteria, industry standards, and client requirements for various cement and petrochemical projects.
     • Prepared design calculation reports and ensured the concurrence of structural GADs with mechanical, electrical, piping, and vendor layouts while maintaining all engineering documents as per ISO norms.

2. 1.0 MMTPA Green PVC Complex, Mundra – Adani Petrochemicals.
   • Led the structural analysis and design of steel (PEB) and RCC buildings using STAAD.Pro, RCDC, and RCDC FE, optimizing superstructures, pile caps, and key industrial facilities like electrolysis, HCL synthesis, desorption buildings and pipe rack.
3. 10000 TPD Clinkerization and 2.5 MTPA Cement Grinding Unit Nagaur – JSW Cement Ltd.
   • Led the structural analysis and design of the AFR system (Alternative Fuel Recovery), belt conveyor system, limestone hopper building, bulk loader building, and retaining wall of the limestone crusher plant.
4. Pukrang Upgradation And Installation of Chlorine Bypass Building, Thailand – Indo Cement Ltd.
   • Led the structural analysis and design of chlorine bypass building, clinker dust building, conveyor support & clinker cooler platform building.
5. New Packer Building Installation, Jhansi – Heidelberg Materials India.
   • Led dynamic analysis and design of cement packer building and retrofitting of old conveyors and introducing structural system for new conveyor systems in order to accommodate increased production capacity.
6. Upgradation And Retrofitting of Cement Plant, Ammasandra – Heidelberg Materials India.
   • Conducted structural analysis of the deteriorating existing cement mill building and clinker gantry in order to identify requirement of strengthening.
   • Preparation of retrofitting and strengthen scheme of existing structure, local retrofitting of mill building using micro-concrete jacketing in order to strengthen RCC columns and steel plate jacketing for beams provided and bracing arrangement in order to strengthen the structures against lateral loads.

   • Led analysis, design and detailing of raw mill ducting complex, air-slide galleries, chain conveyor and cable tray galleries for complex loading conditions.
8. New Slacker with Future Hopper – Saurashtra Chemicals Ltd.
   • Conducted analysis and design of 60m high bucket elevator tower steel structure, 55m high hopper supporting structure, slacker supporting structure and 35m long conveyor gallery along with foundation design.
9. Cement Plant Upgradation, Lanka – Dalmia Cement.
   • Conducted analysis and design of 55m high bucket elevator tower steel structure along with raft foundation, air slide galleries with total length of 108m along with air slide support structures over silos and other steel structures.
10. Airspace Concourse Building at Jaipur Railway Station Redevelopment – North-Western Railway.
    • Led the redesign of a 90,000 sqft Airspace Concourse Building, successfully reducing structural steel usage from 1850 tons to 1500 tons by optimizing the structural system and refining connection designs.
    • Conducted a thorough analysis of load paths and material efficiencies, ensuring the building’s structural integrity while minimizing material costs.
11. Amroha, Bijnor, Dhampur, Nagina, Seohara, Railway Station Redevelopment – Northern Railway.
