Job Description
As an Exam Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administration and coordination of exams at our learning centers and head office.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinating and visiting learning centers and the head office to ensure compliance with exam guidelines.
- Providing support to teaching staff, students, and colleagues in the preparation and conduct of examinations.
- Arranging for the internal and external evaluation of exams.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documents for all students.
- Ensuring all examination procedures are followed according to the established guidelines and standards.
- Assisting in the development and dissemination of exam-related communications and materials.
- Monitoring and addressing any issues or concerns related to exam administration.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
