Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the IT consulting and software development sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in a commission-based environment within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT consulting and software development services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Compensation:
- Commission-based earnings with the potential to earn up to $100,000 USD annually.
