About the Role:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telecallers to join our team at Blubucks Assest, a leading loan service provider. The primary responsibility is to generate leads for various loan products by connecting with potential customers over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to engage customers, and a knack for persuading them to consider our loan offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
- Identify and qualify potential leads interested in personal, business, or home loans.
- Product Promotion:
- Provide accurate and clear information about loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.
- Handle initial queries and concerns to create interest in the company’s services.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into active clients.
- Data Management:
- Record customer interactions and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to supervisors.
- Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Requirements: 10th Pass
- Experience:
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in financial services).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial terms (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
