Civil Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will oversee various infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and waterways. The role demands a high level of engineering expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Develop detailed structural blueprints and project plans. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Revit to create and analyze designs.
• Project Management: Oversee all phases of project development from initial concept through final construction. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Site Supervision: Monitor construction sites to ensure that projects are progressing according to plan. Perform regular site inspections and safety audits to guarantee compliance with safety and construction regulations.
• Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations. Perform quality control checks to ensure the durability and safety of structures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to coordinate all aspects of the project. Lead meetings to discuss project details and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and final project reports. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
