We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Credit Card Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, including cold calling, to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing and promoting credit card products.
- Follow up on leads and provide detailed information to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable credit card solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele-calling, outbound sales, or cold calling.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic understanding of credit card products and financial services.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or finance is a plus.
