Job Description
Potential candidate should be able to support the following services, and can groom, lead 2-3 junior profiles
- Video Conferencing.
- Teams Telephony.
- Teams Audio.
- Group Calls.
- Teams Dial conference access and related support.
- Coordination with Product Vendor and IP Telephony services team.
- Addressing teams voice quality issues by providing support in terms of driver installation/configuration and checking speaker & headset configuration.
- Advise on Citrix upgrade for EVO machines
