Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
At Altariya, we are committed to providing high-quality recruitment services. If we are unable to provide a suitable replacement within the stipulated Three-Month Replacement Period, clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Eligibility Window: The refund request must be made within 14 days before the end of the Replacement Period.
- Payment Compliance: The client must have complied with our payment terms and have no outstanding dues.
2. Refund Process
- Notification: Clients must notify Altariya in writing via email, stating the reason for the replacement request and the inability to provide a suitable candidate.
- Verification: Altariya will verify the details of the request and communicate with the client to ensure that all necessary conditions are met.
3. Refund Calculation
- Full Refund: If a replacement candidate is not provided within the 2 weeks, the client is entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that specific recruitment.
- Partial Services: If partial services have been rendered, Altariya may deduct a proportionate amount based on the services completed before processing the refund.
4. Refund Disbursement
- Timeline: Once the refund has been approved, it will be processed within 30 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be disbursed through the same mode of payment used by the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Exceptions
- Non-compliance: Refunds will not be processed if the client has failed to provide accurate job descriptions, timely feedback, or has any outstanding payments.
- Changes in Requirement: If the client’s hiring requirements change significantly during the recruitment process, Altariya reserves the right to decline the refund request.
