2. Services Offered

Altariya specializes in recruitment for construction, architecture, and related industries. Our services include pre-recorded video interviews of applicants, personalized hiring solutions.

3. Pricings

Jr. Engineer/Architect	0 – 3 years	₹3 LPA – ₹6LPA	8% Annual CTC + 18% GST	60 Days	10th Day after joining
Mid-Level Engineer/Architect	3 – 7 years	₹6LPA – ₹12LPA	10% Annual CTC + 18% GST	60 Days	10th Day after joining
Sr. Engineer/Architect	7+ years	₹12LPA+	12% – 15% Annual CTC + 18% GST	120 Days	15th Day after joining

4. Note

• For new Clients 2% OFF and Zero Advance Deposit.
• Get 2% OFF on referring us.
• Repeating Clients have to pay 25% advance deposit. (We invest time and resources to find the best candidates. A small advance ensures commitment from both sides.)
• Invoice will be generated when candidate joins the organization.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate job descriptions, timely feedback, and adherence to the agreed payment terms. Failure to comply may result in delays or discontinuation of our services.

6. Confidentiality

Altariya respects the confidentiality of its clients and candidates. All personal and professional information will be handled with the utmost care and will not be disclosed to any unauthorized third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

Altariya is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, except as required by law. Liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

8. Amendments

Altariya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi, India.
